Service & Remediation Policy

This public policy states our operating principles. Proposal-specific coverage, eligibility, and service levels are confirmed in writing before a campaign begins.

Last updated 26 August 2026

Approvals and publisher control

Publisher acceptance, editorial changes, publication timing, and continued availability remain subject to independent third parties. We will not guarantee acceptance, exact publication dates, indexation, rankings, or permanent links.

Client responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate briefs, lawful content and claims, timely approvals, suitable target pages, and disclosure of regulated or restricted topics. Delayed feedback can change delivery windows.

Quality and verification

We review campaign fit, content, target URL, anchor use, live URL, destination, visible link attributes, and page accessibility. Metrics are dated indicators and can change after approval or publication.

Remediation

If an eligible placement is removed or materially altered during the written coverage period, we investigate and may seek restoration, correction, credit, or a comparable replacement. Exact duration, eligibility, exclusions, response windows, and valuation are defined in the proposal. Publisher closure, client changes, policy violations, expired coverage, and events outside reasonable control may be excluded.

Cancellation and unused budget

Cancellation, refund, unused-budget, and work-in-progress treatment are defined in the applicable proposal or order form because publisher commitments and commissioned content may become non-refundable at different stages.
